Our managers having hands on experience for about 15 years in the field of Recruitment , Human Assessment , Training and Industrial operations as well to understand the correct need of a customer.

Need Analysis

When we receive a service offer from a client, before starting our progress to source and recruit a candidate, our executive will reach your place to understand your correct need. The executive will visit the actual work place and will have a detailed discussion with the immediate supervisor as well as HR manager.


The search analyst then start search for the match profile in our database. The shortlisted candidates will undergo a preliminary interview through online video chat and subsequent personal interviews. The stringently filtered candidates by us will be directed to the client for further interviews. If required by the client, Attitude and Aptitude test will be conducted on nominal chargeable basis.
